Rhino displays in multiple languages at the same time

Hi All,
I have quite an anoying problem right now, I just installed rhino7 on my new computer and it seems that the installation went wrong, I have two languages being displayed at the same.
Basically I want the soft to be in french but only half of the component do appear. The rest remain in english.
I tried to reinstall, modify in the programm section of control pannel, modify from the Tools/Options/Appearance and nothing seems to work.

Do you have any clue ?
Because at the moment, my command are not in my usual language and it makes me lose so much time.

Did you try “Repair” from the modify option on the Rhino installer. Click the gear icon for the advanced installation options.

Yes I did but it didn’t affect the result, sadly.

Please try to reinstall the following file:

C:\ProgramData\McNeel\Rhinoceros\7.0\Packages\localization (fr-fr).rhi

(A simple double-click on the file should work.)
