In Rhino 7 Is there a way to add a date / Time Stamp?

Hi Jeff -

Adding that to what? There’s a TestStartTimer and a TestStopTimer command but that’s probably not what you are after?

I want to add the date / Time Stamp to a page so the sheet is dated when printed.

For that purpose, I’d add a text with the Date text field somewhere on the border of the sheet.

@wim is it possible to have the date/time auto populate?

Hi Jeff -

The Date text field will do that.
Create new text and use the fx button. Pick the Date text field in the column on the left and a formatting on the right.
Every time the page gets redrawn, the date will be updated.
