Rhino Curve Offset Issues

Hello,

This is Rhino 8 SR8. Offset curve is often not working well.

This is the curve I intend to offset.

The preview looks ok.

The result does not.

I have tried this with all corner types and still have the same issue.

The offset below shows another common issue. Here is the preview.
