Hi, I just had a strange crash when undoing some copy paste stuff. Rhino just disappeared.
But the even stranger thing is that the autosave file I have from today, that was last changed one minute before the crash is a file named RhinoAutosave.3dm. That indicates that this is an autosave of an unsaved file is it not? But it’s content was of a file I worked on early this morning.
That document was not open, so something happened, making Rhino (or windows) into saving that old content (rename the file?) into the latest autosave.
I have had strange things like this happen before too. Maybe it is because I have been running R8 RC a few times today, I don’t know. I just lost 35 minutes of work.
The file I was working in is an already saved file, but I had not saved it for 35 minutes. And Autosaving is set to every 20 minutes…
I will not be able to reproduce this of course, but I just thought I should share it so you have it on record.
