Please see this post on Bake inputs. A button (True/False) is Bake or Remove, Null does nothing.

Hi @Intuos, The ‘Bake’ input behave like: Null → Does nothing True → Bake Content False → Unbake Content. You can setup your Button ‘Normal state’ as Null to have the behavior you wish.
