How much RAM it carries?
Have you ever reset the BIOS to default settings?
Try to increase the amount of video memory if the option is available within UEFI BIOS.
I have Ryzen 9 6900HS with Radeon 680m amd RTX 3060 on my laptop and everything was having issues when I set the graphics tobuse the 680m. Tinkering with the BIOS a bit, and saw that BIOS seemed to limit the graphics memory to less than 2GB in the first place, which was giving issues. After extending the graphics memory to 4GB or greater (this will eat up RAM significantly if a system is having less than 16GB. I set mine between 4 and 16GB since it carries 64GB RAM), the issues went away.
That’s a good start. Try to look for BIOS settings, that control how many RAM could be allocated as VRAM in the BIOS. Play and change the settings to get more VRAM and let’s see how things go.
My friend has HP Pavilion with exactly same CPU and it runs Rhino without issue. After discussing with him, we would recommend you to install latest AMD Radeon driver that supports the APU if you haven’t done it.
Further, if you wanna take some risk, you could find Universal Form Browser in the internet to edit any of the UEFI settings that are available. But bear in mind, you need to exactly know what you’re doing otherwise it could turn your GDP to a brick. I use it to tweak my Ryzen 9 6900HS.
