Rhino Beta PopUp Menu on MacBookPro has a bug

I just installed the latest R9Beta updater. Now, when I launch the program, beginning to model, when I press the middle scroll wheel for my custom PopUp, it Pops up, but as soon as I let go of the middle mouse button, the PopUp Menu disappears. See attached video.

My System Info -

Yes, this looks like it got broken in the latest Beta as a result of another requested fix…

Same problem here.

Quick solution before fix:

  • press and hold middle button and chose command (works with right button too)
  • or
  • set up Rhino.Options.Advanced.UseNewToolBarPopUps to “True”

Hi guys, after latest update 9.0.26216.12303 is problem back…

@Chita just to confirm if we are seeing the same:

  1. fast MMB clicking → MMB disappears
  2. slower MMB clicking → MMB stays
  3. even slower (> MMB hold delay) command fires

If you see the same then I think 1 is the current bug you run into

It actually looks like a Win only at the moment.
