I do see your point, and I had this discussion with @wim and @mary and we decided not to offer a “name” option and opt to the checkbox to output to the Global Layer to keep it simple. Simplicity is always a good choice so I will not complain. If I can suggest one thing is that “Clipping Drawing” isn’t an explicative name nor intuitive. It does’n not connect to technical drawing. Could it be simply “Technical Drawing” or “2D Drawing”?
