A freeze lasting several seconds occurs when using the RhinoBeta “Cancel All” right-click command.
Depending on the immediately preceding command, the freeze can last for tens of seconds.
This issue appears to have started occurring after installing a version two or three releases prior to the current version (rhino_9.0.26195.12303).

Can you run PluginManager and disable KeyShot, restart Rhino and see if the problem persists?
Can you repeat this right away after starting Rhino, or is it model-specific?
If this is more severe with some commands than others, it would be good to list those.
I tried disabling several plugins, such as “KeyShot,” but the issue persisted.
I installed the latest version (rhino_9.0.26202.12303), but the same problem occurs.
When I launch a fresh instance of “Rhino 9 Beta” and immediately run the “Cancel All” command,
the application freezes for a few seconds after repeating the cancel operation a few times.
It also frequently freezes for a few seconds when using “Cancel All” during actual work.
May I upload a four-minute screen recording of this behavior here?
yes that might be helpful, because I don’t see any issues running Cancel All
