Rhino 9 WIP plug-in error on start-up (?)

WIP 9.0.25301.12305

On launching in Windows 10 Pro, Rhino 9 WIP displays the above splash-screen and does not respond to either Repair or Modify. The “Modify” & “Install Now” button hint at a Languages issue, but this did not fix the problem.

After initially installing Windows 10 Pro (on BootCamp), I used the O&O ShutUp10 application in an effort to clean, un-spy and de-bloat Windows.

I wonder if any other Rhino user on a Windows OS has come across this splash screen and if O&O Shutup10 may have cleaned a little too vigorously … and removed something needed by the WIP?

WIP 9.0.25301.12305 (2025-10-28) ~ now launched okay; it may have required more than one BootCamp re-start.
