Rhino_9.0.26244.12303.exe fails to install on Windows 11

I attempted to install the Rhino 9 WIP, and it failed. The logfile looks less than helpful to me, but I’m attaching it so the Rhino experts can have a look.

Hi Terrence,

The log analysis is a 1603 error

Try going to Programs and Features, right click and repair these two, then repair the Rhino Beta as well

Ok. I tried the repair, and it didn’t go well

its another 1603 on the .msi installer, did you use a CC cleaner or similar product to ‘clean’ up your machine?

The microsoft Fix-It tool still works on Windows 11 although they depreciated it. Run that on the installers until they aren’t listed.

Anything in the list with Rhino needs to be fixed, language installer in particular if i recall.

Make sure to go to the windows 10 page to get the tool
