Rhino 8 won't install on Windows 11, Dell Laptop

I am trying to install Rhino 8 on my Dell laptop, I’m running Windows 11. I get this error:

“Another installation is in progress”

I checked online and I have tried restarting, as well as ending the msiexec.exe from the Task manager, but it’s still not going through.

Any help?

Did you shut down the computer and try the installation again.? Sometimes restart may not resolve some installation issues in general.

I did. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the issue. I am still getting the error “another installation is in progress”.
