Hi,
I recently tried to open a 5.6GB 3DM file in the latest Rhino 8 WIP (8.0.22291.12306, 2022-10-18) and each time it completely crashes the app. The file mainly contains a handful of very dense meshes of the same 3D scanned historical bust.
In the latest version of Rhino 7 (7.23.22282.13002, 2022-10-09), the file opens successfully in under 2 minutes.
I’m on Apple Silicon and have TestMetal activated in Rhino 8 WIP.
