Ah, got it. Thanks for testing and reposting. I don’t downscale images before posting, discourse does it for me automatically. Then you have a smaller preview image and the original one for cases when it matters.

It looks like the crash bug was fixed a few hours ago - RH-77482 ViewcaptureToClipboard fails at 3x the resolution

The SSAO tiling issue with oversized view captures is on the list as RH-76018 (currently not public).

I confirm that the latest build resolved the 2 biggest issues the Missing SSAO and the Memory allocation crash, your team made a phenomenal job in resolving this pretty quickly.

the 2 remaining issues are
1- whenever there is an object with an assigned “Print Width” value. it seems that the viewport capture shows extremely thickened lines whether the “print preview” setting is enabled or not.

The Result below shows the output with 3x viewport capture:

The second remaining issue is the “bucketing” effect you get mostly in lines (like the thick lines above) but also happens when shading effect is set to parallel lines, like the below:
