Is there a project “metal render” for windows and not only for mac ?

No.
Rhino V8 for Windows uses OpenGL graphics.
Rhino V8 for Mac uses Metal graphics.

Rhino V7 for Mac (and earlier) used OpenGL, but with the new “Silicon” Mac processors, they (Apple) switched to Metal.

They are programming languages for display.

Metal is an Apple technology that works only on Apple hardware.
