I’m facing a problem. when I load my Custom toolbar and my Panels, then when I update rhino8 they disappear and have to be re-enabled.

What exactly do you mean by ‘have to be re-enabled’? Are the toolbars automatically hiding?

After the updates that come for Rhino8 after installation, the toolbar on the top simply disappears from the Rhino8 interface, as well as the panel on the right. This happens only during the Rhino update. it seems as if it resets the interface settings every time. 
Could you share the customized interface with me so that I can try to reproduce this on my end?
