So, I am finally testing out Rhino 8. When printing and even in paper space the colors of objects do not match. In model space, I have objects with a color assigned to their individual layers. In paper space i have rectangles with hatches that are on the same layer as the objects in model space (these are a color code for the different objects). Every object in model & paper space is set By Layer. There are no lights in the scene. Yes, I have tried a white skylight. I can not figure out why objects in a detail will not print to the color they are set for. The 1 1/2" x 2" rectube (the blue color) has 3 different shades of blue.

Black & white match… so that’s good.

Hi @erikratliff,
To help, we will need a .3dm file that exhibits the behavior you describe.
Also, you will want to run Rhino’s SystemInfo
command and post the results in a reply.
Thanks,

I figured out my boneheaded problem. I couldn’t figure out how to delete the post.
If anyone else comes across the same self inflicted issue: I had a lighting scheme on the Shaded view type. Turned of lighting scheme, all colors match.
Sorry for the trouble.
