There was an icon in v5 for opening OSnap panel at the top bar, so I never needed to dock it to the sidebar.
I was mostly referring to the visual of this panel. Here is a few points, that i don’t find very useful or well designed.
A - The previous look without vertical borders was much cleaner and saved lot of screen space
B - This gap is way to big and it cannot be reduced by user (again screen space)
C - These wierd colorful icons just duplicatess right button menu + draging. Also most of them are greyed out 99% of time. In the v5 all these functions were inside “gear” menu. The only real innovation I noticed here is the addition of filters.
Keeping the original look and just adding a filter icon would look much better and save a lot of space.
