Rhino 8 Feature: Section Styles

Yes this is a new feature in Rhino 9 see the link below for more info. You can populate your 3dm templates with as many as you like. Objects still default to None as objects are not required to have a section style at all making a default odd as well.

Rhino WIP Feature: Document Section Styles

Document Section Styles is a new feature in the Rhino WIP. Document section styles are now saved in the document. Rhino WIP provides a table for saving and maintaining these section styles in the 3DM file. This makes the creation and assignment of section styles efficient across multiple layers, objects and clipping planes and modifications easy.
