The network connection is normal。 It may be a network connection issue, but my MacBook doesn’t have this problem in the same network environment.

Thanks for that, it’s really a network issue, it takes me 20min to install numpy in pip and the download speed is very slow, probably because of this the process becoming unresponsive.
