Rhino 8 eval stuck on preparing plugins

I can’t get past this screen when trying to start Rhino V8 in Eval mode:

Hi ejolley,

To troubleshoot open Rhino 8 in Safe Mode and disable all 3rd party plugins (you can filter by 3rd party plugins to easily find them), then open turn back on one at a time.

The shortcut to Rhino Safe Mode for 8 is located here… (if it doesn’t show up in windows start)

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Rhino 8
