after installing few new plugins had problems .. but today couldn’t even start drawing.. soon I went to Top view it closes / turned off ..
tried to uninstall and again install .. doesn’t help

Open Rhino 8 in Safe Mode via the Windows Start. Then go to File>Properties (there will be a few prompts to accepts Rhino default plugins. Then go to Plugins, Sort by Plugins that do not ship with Rhino and disable the plugins you loaded. Close Safe Mode Rhino, open Rhino.
I really appreciate for help.. have tried everything (uninstalling, reinstalling..etc) but cant solve the problem .. have noticed that going in any view port it crashes.
How is it possible after reinstalling to remember and reload plugins I blocked (Karamba was the last issue!) I have even deleted all downloads from folder I saved them .. unbelievable (I’m not experienced in solving such issues).

now after two hours no improvement but.. AIRi, Node, Claude function .. but cant touch view port

Please Run SystemInfo in your rhino command line and post the results. This is most likely a video card config issue.
