Hello,
I’ve been using Rhino for years on a Mac.
A few months ago I switched to Windows and also bought Rhino 8.
I’m encountering a problem that I’ll try to summarize here:
I’m used to modeling very quickly using shortcuts that I’ve always used. On my Rhino mac I had set up these shortcuts:
ctrl + < (directional key left) = ALIGN LEFT
ctrl + ^ (directional key up) = ALIGN UP
ctrl + O = ALIGN CONCENTRIC
…etc
I use alignment tools all the time, so these shortcuts are the most important for me. I only move my objects with this feature.
Since I switched to rhino 8 and Windows, I can’t set these shortcuts… I can only put a shortcut to the general ALIGN function and then I have to click on the word (up, down, right, left) I want…
I’m wasting a lot of time with this.
Isn’t there a way of recovering this shortcut ?
Switching to Rhino 8 was supposed to be an improvement for me and now i’m slower …
