Rhino 8 Cannot Snap to Clipping Planes, and only Clipping Planes

I am quite loss as to what might have happened. I’m working on a model, and can no longer snap to Clipping Planes. I checked through Osnaps, Filters, couldn’t find anything. Osnaps work just perfectly on every other type of object, but not clipping planes. I tried different files and the error persists. Updated Rhino and my graphics card just to test, but nothing. I still have Rhino 7, opened that up and it behaves as intended.

Since the behavior seems to exist outside the specific file I’m working on, it seems like property was changed, but I can’t seem to find anything that points to what that could be.

Hi Ken -
Could you add the output from the Rhino SystemInfo command?

Thanks.
When you start a new file from scratch from a factory-default template and only add a clipping plane, can you then snap to that object?
