Zip file is too big for mail server. I’ll put it on OneDrive and send a link to tech.
Or use our file upload tool:

I have bookmarked that for next time…
Hi John,
i think I have steps to reproduce this. A new floating notification panel is generated when
a) Rhino opens non-maximised and
b) There is a change in the licence status notification entry (e.g. from “unable to obtain…” to “Licence obtained…”) and/or the licence has been in use elsewhere.

As a supplementary issue, whilst trying different startup and shutdown scenarios to flush this out, I at one stage said “No” to the “Do you want to keep working here” message after starting Rhino on another machine while Rhino was in use here. Rhino shut down its main window, leaving the floating notifications panel on screen:
I closed it and the next time I opened Rhino, this notification panel appeared under the main window (along with a new one over it):
If I clicked on the bottom notification panel to bring it above the main window in the draw order, the newer one was hidden until I clicked on the main Rhino window again:
Curiouser and curiouser…
@jeremy5
I fix for this was just checked in.
When I get a build with this included, I’ll PM you a link to install it and see if it fixes the problem.
Thanks
Thanks John.
