Rhino 8.29 keeps crashing as soon as I start it

Since 4.4.26 Rhino 8.29 crashes as soon as I start the program.
I think it started as I wanted to save a rhino v5 .3dm file in a newer v8 file.

I am not using any plugins or whatsoever.
I am working on a MacBook M2 Pro with the newest macOS 26.4 (25E246)
I also found a lot of other discussion on the forum and elsewhere. I deleted Rhino via AppCleaner. I tried renaming the /Users//Library/Application/McNeel folder to McNeel_BACKUP…But none of the suggestions helped me solving the problem.

What should I do know?

I’m running a similar setup with no issues. Let’s try installing 8.30 (sending privately)
