Rhino 7 UI top and side bar gone

Hello everyone,
I just opened my Rhino7 and my top and Side bar are gone, i haven’t done anything different… maybe it updated? the side bar is there but is fully blank, and the top one is completely gone… The bottom is totally fine and my other short cuts are also perfectly fine …

I tried following this Rhino 7 Mac UI Changed (2nd Right Sidebar Panel & Top Tab Bar Gone) But i couldnt find the same names on my settings.
Help idk what to do :c

Run the ToolbarReset command. Does this help?
