Rhino 7 says I don't have a license installed

Installing Rhino 7 on Windows 10-64.
Went through the steps without a problem except I had to validate the software manually. When I finally enter the validation number provided by Rhino, I get this:

Really don’t know where to go from here so your help would be appreciated.

Yeah, that was kind of stupid. I don’t see it now, does that mean the picture was removed?
I also still have the installation problem.
