I am using Rhino7 Windows. On the last day, I can open the file and edit it. But today I cannot open the file. Other rhino file works well. Does somebody know how to deal with it?

What specific error message are you seeing?
It appears to be hanging when loading the V-Ray plugin.
Start Rhino in Safemode, disable the V-Ray plug-in in Options > Plug-ins.
Restart Rhino normally (not safemode),

On your keyboard, use the Windows key and type “Safe”. Rhino in safe mode should pop up in the list that appears.
Since you say that other files open fine, you could just start Rhino without loading a file and disable V-Ray in the plug-ins manager. Then restart Rhino and open your file.
Also, when you start Rhino normally (without opening a specific file), please use the SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.
