Rhino 7 - Amd radeon r7 m265

rhino 7 doesn’t work on my laptop. I’ve followed the instruction about the issue explained on that link (in italian)(Rhino 7: crash in avvio o problemi di visualizzazione - Rhino Windows - McNeel Forum).
I tried to switch the primary GPU with the other one with a 2 gb dedicated ram, but win 10 doesn’t recognize it . Please someone gonna help me

Still it doesn’t work fine

Those video devices date to 2014, your R7 is apparently less than half the speed of a card I had in 2009…they are way below spec.
