Hello - as soon as it opens, please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and copy/paste the results here.

I can’t access anything.
The Software closes during loading.

Does it open in safe mode?
When it closes, does the crash reporter appear? If so, are you sending in the crash report?

I hadn’t tried to open it in safe mode.
The visualarq update removed the problem!!
