When I press on window name, right click, and then viewport properties, for instance to change perspective angle, no window appears. It was not working also in previous updates

Nice, maybe it was before. It is much more quicker to use panel you point to.
Just wondering why viewportProperties command does not work or clicking on viewport name.
Will it be gone in next release?
Hi Petras - the command and menu entries should deselect objects and bring the Properties panel to the front. or open it if it is not currently showing. Do you see that?

The ViewportProperties command opens the View page in the Properties panel for managing viewport properties.
