Rhino 6 Viewport Properties

I recently upgraded from Rhino 5 to Rhino 6.

I had a macro button that changed all the viewports to a rendered version (and rotated one viewport) in one click. However, it looks like display isn’t a part of viewport properties any longer. How would i do this in Rhino 6?

Assuming RenderPreview is a custom displnay mode you probably want to use something like

-_SetActiveViewport Front
-_SetDisplayMode RenderPreview
-_SetActiveViewport Top
-_SetDisplayMode RenderPreview
-_SetActiveViewport Right
-_SetDisplayMode RenderPreview
-_SetActiveViewport Perspective
-_SetDisplayMode RenderPreview

Is the 270 degree rotate on the right viewport to have it look from the left?

You probably can use something like:

-_SetActiveViewport Front
-_SetDisplayMode RenderPreview
-_SetActiveViewport Top
-_SetDisplayMode RenderPreview

-_SetDisplayMode RenderPreview

The RenderPreview part isnt really important - it was just a rendered view. Pretty much the same as the default render, but maybe with flat shading. I’m not 100% sure why i made the extra displaymode in retrospect.

Looks like SetDisplayMode is what I’m after…thank you.

The 270 rotation was because of how certain scan files are aligned. The right viewport is actually viewing the object straight on, but without rotating it, it’s on it’s side. This way i can view it upright without having to change much. I am a novice with these settings, so I’m sure there’s a better way.
