Rhino 6 eval not working in Windows 10

I am trying to run rhino 6 in my new HP spectra running windows 10. The same computer used by my friend does not have any problem.

More specific information about your problem would be helpful.
Has Rhino been installed on your computer? If not did you receive any error messages when you tried to install it?
If it has been installed will it start? If not have you received an error messages when you try to start Rhino?
If it starts what is your specific problem? Can you run the Rhino SystemInfo command and post the results here?
