Rhino 6 crashes when launching Flamingo nxT 5 control panel

I have had two Rhino 6.0 crashes when launching Flamingo nxT5 control panel. Complete freeze, no error report generated. I had to use task manager to get out. First time I lost some work, second time I saved just before launching control panel.

It does not happen every time I launch it.

Anyone else with the same trouble?

I updated Rhino 6 today, and this time it run control panel, made a rendered image, and when I closed the render window Rhino 6.0 closed also, without saving my work or any other warning. I will have to stop using Flamingo and revert to Rhino 5 for rendering.
