the text box bug when you try to type text inside, the focus go out and you have need to enter letter by letter with many clic mouse and the help not refresh for the entered text

Do you have a non-standard pointing device attached like a spacemouse or tablet?
not, just standard mouse logitech Performance MX
after restart computer, it run a new… really odd. problem resolved.
