Rhino 6 & 7 keep crashing

Hi,

I hope someone can help me. My Rhino 6 & 7 keep crashing randomly, mostly when I move around the viewport/camera. I had sent in multiple crashing reports daily. Does anyone know how to fix my situation?

I guess the first thing to try is to temporarily disable V-Ray and TeDaSharp and see if the crashes go away…

I tried both of them before. I even uninstalled the Autodesk Desk and Management Apps. But the problem remains. It has been going on for almost a year now.

I’ve checked the crash reports you’ve sent in (many thanks, it helps us identifying problems!). Unfortunately all crashes happen deep inside the AMD GPU driver, over which we have no control.

I do see that you use some software from ASUS, which by the looks of it provides some on-screen display, or display overlay. This probably offers you tools to manage your hardware. I would suggest disabling this software prior to starting Rhino. This type of software (providing display overlays and such) is known to cause problems with Rhino.
