The insert block error is still there.

Insert block error

See attached file. When I place the block, the ‘R’, without rotation at the point all is good. As soon as I use the rotation option from the _insert dialog the block is rotated around some other place. Is this a bug or something I do not understand? Thanks, -C-H-A-R-L-E-S- CP_Block_A.3dm (87.3 KB)
