I am have problem to process the scanned files of previous scan do you have any idea how can this be done? I scanned an object successfully and I left it to make the process but the app returned to new scan. I found the folder that made the scanned files I would like to start the processing again in order to make the 3dm file. Is that possible ?

Are you talking about object scanning or room scanning? Did the app not finish processing the scan?
Your device might need more storage freed up.
If there’s USDZ model in there you can open it iRhino and save it as a 3dm, but it’s possible your processing failed before that
Actually it’s object scan. The scan process completed sucessfully the process off data started but it was accidentally interrupted. So I wonder is there any way to process the scanning written data?
You mentioned you found the folder that has the scanning files. What files do you see? If you see a USDZ file you can try importing it into Rhino, if not I’m afraid you have to start over
