Revit to Rhino Polysurface Bug

This geometry, exported from Revit as ACIS Solids, is coming in as a single open polysrf. This seems invalid. Not unique - many other objects with the same error.

Hi @ryan.odom,

It might be helpful for us to see the source file - the one exported from Revit.

@dale - If you export this model with ACIS Solids and then run SelOpenPolySrf, you’ll fond a few of the misbehavers.

Hi @ryan.odom,

I’m sorry I wasn’t more clear - I was just hoping to get the ACIS file.

Hi @ryan.odom,

Opening the file in both AutoCAD 2022 and Rhino 7 yields pretty much the same thing. Running SelOpenPolySrf in Rhino finds only 3 objects.

Perhaps I am missing something? There are a number of blocks. Do you see this too?

@dale Forgot a step: I did use ExplodeBlock on everything first. You should see this once you explode blocks and isolate the open polysrfs.
