Retain file type for ViewCaptureToFile

Please retain the last file type selected between each View Capture File dialog box of _ViewCaptureToFile preferably between sessions, but at least in the current Rhino session. Currently, it always defaults to JPEG. (V5 retains the file type within the current Rhino session.)

BTW, wouldn’t PNG be a better default for screen grabs since it doesn’t contain compression artifacts?

@spb this is a bug. The intention is indeed to default to PNG and make the option stick. Added to the pile https://mcneel.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/RH-41975

RH-41975 is fixed in the latest WIP
