In some values of radius 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 …, something does not work while in others it seems to work well 3, 6, 7, 9, 12 …

You created the circle for the torus by offsetting and it sometimes offsets owtwards and others inwards,
I created another circle alltogether by adding the ring’s radius to the disk’s…

You should provide “Plane” for offset operation to your offset component…
