Requested Eto Sample

Hi,

is there any chance the attribute panel for UserText in Rhino6 was developed with Eto?

I think this would be a really useful example for plugin developers learning and implementing UI with Eto.

If there is any chance this could be opensourced or replicated, I for one would really appreciate it.
