I am excited to see the developments in the Spatial Elements. In reviewing the custom user object, it is great to have the sketch line elements that are the boundary. It may also be beneficial to have the bounding elements.

Is that in a daily build? Is that meant to be included in the 05/04 release of version 1.6.8159.20547? I have that version and no Topology panel, only a single component in a Room panel, Analyze Instance Space.
Those were added in the 1.7 RC1
