ReplaceBlock UI/UX improvements

Hi,

I’d like to make some UI/UX suggestions regarding the “replace block” command.

1- The unnecessary header here should be removed, and a search bar should be added. This way, instead of the (unnecessary) clutter in the command line, the process can continue by opening this window directly.

2- When the “Preview” button is inactive, instead of the right-hand pane displaying a blank screen, the entire window should minimize and that section should close.

3- Only a portion of the previewed block is visible; the entire block should be displayed. Additionally, it would be helpful if the extra information were displayed as shown in the screenshot below.

4- The window size can be enlarged but cannot be reduced.

Thanks for the detailed suggestions and screenshots. I’ve filed all four as a single request for the developers: RH-98307. Your images are attached there as well.
