Replace Edge does not show a selection preview

The popup here indicates that there’s multiple things to choose from (although I don’t see how that’s possible since Replace Edge only works on single surfaces), but even so there’s not a preview of what’s getting selected.

Restart did not help.

V8 SR15.

No wait… the highlight seems to have nothing to with ReplaceEdge… is it another case of selections in V8 being unreliable?

(I still contend that the popup for ReplaceEdge in the example above is 100% unnecessary, since it asks about two objects when selection has already begun on one object.)
