Repeat crashes when deleting materials in material editor

I’ve been seeing an increasing number of problems with R8 over the last couple of weeks. Currently doing a lot of prep-work on (purchased) mesh models for a large hotel interior job. I’m getting a LOT of crashes when deleting and editing materials. I’ve send in a few crash reports. It seems that showing the materials in “Grid view” (instead of my preferred “Tree view”) helps, but not having direct access (as in Tree view) to the textures is so slow. I’ll be going back to V7 for now.

@Normand There was a crash bug if one uses the TreeView

This has been fixed as of today. Need to wait for a new SR 16 candidate to build.

I just checked the crash reports that you sent and I can confirm that this is now fixed.
