Repairing Holes in an Open Mesh to Align Vertically with the Z-Plane

Hello everyone! I’m working on an open mesh and need to repair its holes to ensure the repaired parts are vertical to the Z-plane.

Background: This is for a stamping mold project. I selected and removed the undercuts by analyzing the angle between the mesh surface and the Z-plane. However, I’m stuck on the final step of effectively repairing the holes.

I’ve attached the gh file (see attachment). If anyone has suggestions or solutions, please share them with me. Thanks a lot for your help!

I filled the gaps by extruding the curve towards the Z plane, but I can’t trim them
