Rendered: Visual Gap and Disconnected Meshes with "No Repeat" Texture

I’m having some visual issues,

In Rendered mode, meshes show a visual gap at the edge, like they are disconnected. Especially if the “No repeat” is set to true for each texture mapping.

I need “not repeat” it to avoid another similar issue: [WISH] MIP Map toggle off? for Rendered
