Removing loops from lines generated by MMX

Lofting an embankment profile around a path and intersecting it with a terrain mesh (and tried sweep with same result). Booleans all fail/do weird stuff, so I have been reconstructing the form with Rulesurf from MMX, but in the end i have to edit the resultant lines in Rhino and bring them back in to remove the loops. Is there a way to remove these looks in GH automatically?
